Due to change of control and a new strategy of our client – a German machinery company – they were forced to stop the Russian project and sell their Russian asset with best possible conditions. We have undertaken the full service support, including communications with the Russian joint-venture partner. Despite of the relatively week position of our client (minority stake in the share capital of the joint-venture company, absence of real instruments for control of the CEO’s activity etc.) we were able to get the compensation in total amount of 2,9 Mln.
