Our Lawyers

1. Mr. Vladimir Skrynnik (vladimir.skrynnik@jusprivatum.ru) - Mr. Skrynnik is a managing partner and the general director of Jus Privatum. He is a graduate of the international law faculty of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He is fluent in German and English. He specializes in Russian corporate law, dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration.

2. Ms. Yana Khmeleva (yana.khmeleva@jusprivatum.ru) - Ms. Khmeleva is a managing partner of Jus Privatum. She is a graduate of the international law faculty of MGIMO. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She specializes in Russian real estate law, dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration.

3. Mr. Robert Jeffries (robert.jeffries@jusprivatum.ru)- Jus Privatum's US representative is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He has 25 years of litigation experience including antitrust, securities and general commercial cases. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Soviet Area Studies and, since 2003 has led work being done in Moscow on litigation support software for the US market. In addition to his native English, he speaks Spanish, Russian and French.

4. Mrs. Olga Danilevskaya (olga.danilevskaya@jusprivatum.ru) - Mrs. Danilevskaya is a graduate of the law faculty of Moscow State University (MGU). She specializes in Russian antimonopoly legislation and intellectual property law.

5. Ms. Juliana Kotova (juliana.kotova@jusprivatum.ru) - Ms. Kotova specializes in Russian corporate law, company registration, accreditation of representative offices and branches of foreign companies.

6. Ms.Inna Tyumentseva (inna.tyumentseva@jusprivatum.ru) - Ms. Tyumentseva is a graduate of the law faculty of the Moscow State Law Academy. She specializes in immigration services, including work permits, invitations and visas for foreigners, obtaining Russian temporary and permanent residence permits, Russian citizenship.
