Mrs. Inna Tyumentseva is a Senior Legal Adviser of Jus Privatum. She is a graduate of the Moscow State Law Academy. She is fluent in English.
Inna is an articulate, focused professional who has a proven history of gathering and analyzing information and then using the results of that analysis to make effective decisions and find innovative solutions to legal problems.
She has an extensive knowledge and practical experience in the following areas of law:
- contract law (including negotiations of contract terms and conditions);
- employment and labor law;
- commercial law;
- bankruptcy law;
- administrative law;
- immigration law.
Inna has more than 8 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolutions. She was a legal representative for Russia of a large German developer and manufacturer of flat knitting machines that were imported into Russia under purchase or lease contracts.
She successfully represented many foreign companies in various commercial disputes related to contractual, bankruptcy and employment matters.
Inna supported many business projects of our clients from scratch to logical end, for example: she organized and supported outstaffing of foreign managers for construction of “Nord Stream” project for a large Italian company; she drafted different contracts for using an aircraft and a helicopter for business purposes and then took part in contract negotiations; she organized and supported day-to-day activities of many foreign companies that have set up their legal presence in Russia.
